- Duration for issuing the pedigree certificate normally takes 14~90 days, depending on the case of the pet. If the time of the pedigree certificate issuing is longer than the departure date of the pet, We will deliver the official certificate to the customer again when the certificate arrives. Please note that there will be no additional charges for this certificate shipping.
- The pedigree certificate will only be issued to a pet that meets the conditions of the kennel club such as purebreds.
