Seller agrees to allow Tagnimal to use the product information (image, description, price, etc.) on every Tagnimal channel for Marketing purposes and push the vendor's product through various campaigns.

Seller grants Tagnimal access to the Seller's account and any other information on the Platform. (Excluded the store's financial information) and take any action that is necessary for the purpose of providing Store Set-up to the seller, the form and scope of service are as follows:

• Open a global vendor account and upload products

• Update stock, manage orders and notify the store when there is an order.

• Any other services that are mutually agreed upon.

Tagnimal reserves the right to change all terms and conditions of the global vendor Service without prior notice.

The selling of illegal items/animals that require a permit protected wildlife and preserved animals are prohibited on our platform. If you supply a product in violation of the law or any of Tagnimal’s policies, we will take corrective actions, as appropriate, including but not limited to immediately suspending or terminating selling privileges, terminating the business relationship, and permanent withholding of payments. The sale of illegal or unsafe products can also lead to legal action, including civil and criminal penalties.
